Crafting classic comfort dishes and sharing a meal together is something that brings family and friends together. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and after culinary school owning my own place was always the dream. Growing up, and older in small town Indiana, I have deep appreciation for our community and farmers. All of our food is made from scratch and utilizes local meat that has been USDA approved. Farm fresh vegetables and herbs are incorporated in our dishes. Knowing what and where your food comes from should be a must.
